    Tie-handling convention. Default "competition".

    tieAware?: boolean | null

    Tie-aware preorder over all optimal Kemeny orders. Default true. When false and several total orders are optimal, this port returns its first deterministically enumerated optimum. SciPy/HiGHS may select a different, equally optimal labelled order from the same optimal face.

    Optional positive exact-solver time limit in seconds.
